By accessing or using Nesters you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Nesters only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, to harass others, or to interfere with the platform's operation.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual property

The Nesters platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Nesters and protected by copyright. Your pigeon data remains your property.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nesters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
