Managing pigeons has always required knowledge, discipline and attention to detail. Every pigeon has a history. There is a ring number, a pedigree, parents, offspring, health information, photographs, results and important notes that can become more valuable with every season. For many fanciers, this information is still spread across notebooks, printed pedigrees, folders, spreadsheets, phone photographs and several different applications. We created Nesters to give that information one organised home.

What is Nesters?

Nesters is a modern, browser-based pigeon loft management platform developed by AgramLabs UG. It is being created for individual pigeon keepers, breeders, active racing lofts, teams and larger organisations that want a clearer way to manage their birds and everyday records. The goal is not to replace the experience and judgement of the fancier. The goal is to make the information behind that experience easier to record, find, protect and use.

Why are we building it?

Loft management becomes difficult when important information is stored in too many places. A ring number may be written in one notebook. A pedigree may be stored as a printed document. Health information may be kept in a folder. Photographs may remain on a phone. Race and training information may be saved in another system. That approach can work for a while, but it becomes harder to maintain as the loft grows and the seasons pass. Nesters is being built to connect those records. Instead of searching through several files and applications, users can work from one structured platform that is designed specifically around pigeons and loft management.

What can you do with Nesters?

The current Nesters platform already provides a foundation for managing essential loft information.

Manage your pigeons

Create an organised profile for every pigeon. Record information such as:

  • ring number
  • name
  • sex
  • colour
  • strain
  • status
  • loft
  • parents
  • photographs
  • notes and related activity

Search and filtering tools help you find the right pigeon without working through paper records or large spreadsheets.

Build and print pedigrees

Connect pigeons to their parents and gradually build complete family trees. Pedigrees can be reviewed digitally and prepared in an A4 print layout for records, transfers, breeding discussions or presentation. When information is incomplete, missing parents can be added later without rebuilding the entire pedigree. Import existing records Starting with new software should not mean entering every pigeon again by hand. Nesters includes structured import tools that can preview data, map file columns and identify rows that require attention before records are created. This makes it easier to move information from supported CSV files and other recognised formats while preserving important identifiers such as ring numbers.

Export your information

Your information should not be trapped inside one platform. Available export tools allow supported records to be downloaded for backup, review or use in another workflow. We believe users should remain in control of the information they have spent years collecting.

Work with other people

Loft management is not always a one-person job. Nesters includes team-member management, user roles and activity records so that several authorised people can work together without sharing one account password. Permissions help determine who can view information, who can edit records and who can manage the wider team.

What are we developing next?

Nesters is being developed as a broader loft-management system rather than a simple pigeon list. The product direction includes the following connected areas.

Breeding management

Breeding tools are intended to help users organise pairs, nests, eggs, hatch dates, offspring and breeding seasons. The aim is to make it easier to review not only which pigeons were paired, but also what each pair produced over time.

Health records

Health tracking is intended to bring vaccinations, treatments, veterinary visits, reminders, quarantine information and supporting documents into one structured history. Nesters will organise the records users enter, but it will never replace professional veterinary advice.

Racing and training

Racing and training tools are being designed to support event records, participating pigeons, release information, arrivals and performance history. Where technical and organisational access is available, selected timing-system and federation workflows may also be supported. Official results will always remain subject to the rules and validation of the relevant club or federation.

Ownership transfers

A structured transfer process is being developed to help Nesters users send pigeon ownership records to one another. The goal is to preserve the identity and permitted pedigree history of the pigeon while keeping private notes and unrelated information protected.

Documents and media

Pigeon photographs, pedigree files, health documents and certificates should remain connected to the correct bird rather than becoming lost in general folders. Document and media tools are intended to make those records easier to store and retrieve.

Notifications and reminders

Important actions should not depend entirely on memory. Nesters is being designed to bring relevant reminders, invitations, transfers and account notifications into one understandable area.

Reports and long-term insight

Over time, structured records can help users review pigeons, breeding pairs, seasons and results more clearly. Reporting features are intended to turn existing records into useful summaries without pretending that software can replace the judgement of an experienced fancier.

Who is Nesters for?

Nesters is being built for different types of users.

Individual fanciers

For users who want to replace notebooks or spreadsheets with a clearer digital record of their pigeons.

Breeding lofts

For breeders who need connected pedigrees, pair records, offspring histories and long-term family information.

Racing lofts

For active racers who want organised pigeon, training and result records in one workspace.

Teams and shared loft operations

For users who need several people to work with defined responsibilities and permissions.

Clubs and organisations

For larger groups that need structured onboarding, shared activities or more specialised workflows. Availability and limits depend on the selected plan and the current stage of each feature.

Built by AgramLabs

Nesters is a product of AgramLabs UG, a German software company focused on websites, web applications, SaaS platforms and other digital solutions. The platform combines software-development experience with a practical product approach: build the essential foundation first, test it carefully and expand it around real user workflows. We do not want to create features simply to make a longer feature list. Each part of Nesters should solve a recognisable problem inside the loft.

The principles behind Nesters

Your records should remain yours

Users should be able to export supported information and retain their own backups.

Software should reduce work

A loft platform should make information easier to manage, not create another complicated administrative task.

Permissions should be clear

Shared access should never mean giving every user complete control over every record.

Claims should be truthful

Features, integrations and results should be described according to what the product can genuinely provide.

The platform should grow carefully

New functions should be tested and improved before users are expected to depend on them.

We are just getting started

Nesters is being built as a long-term platform for pigeon and loft management. The foundation is in place, and the platform will continue to grow through technical development, testing and feedback from the people who use it. Whether you manage a small personal loft, breed across several family lines or work with a larger team, Nesters is being created to help you keep the important information organised. Create your Nesters account and begin building a clearer record of your loft.
